Erik Halverson is the President of Halvey Inc., bringing more than 22 years of experience in construction management, land development, and operations. Throughout his career, Erik has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects grounded in clear communication, strong relationships, and a commitment to safety.
In 2017, Erik founded Halvey Inc. to provide a more personal, client-focused approach to project management and real estate. Through Red Cedar Management LLC, he partners closely with clients to guide projects from early entitlement and permitting through construction—both horizontal and vertical—across Northern Colorado and the Roaring Fork Valley.
