Erik S. Halverson
Erik Halverson is the President of Halvey Inc., bringing more than 22 years of experience in construction management, land development, and operations. Throughout his career, Erik has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects grounded in clear communication, strong relationships, and a commitment to safety.
In 2017, Erik founded Halvey Inc. to provide a more personal, client-focused approach to project management and real estate. Through Red Cedar Management LLC, he partners closely with clients to guide projects from early entitlement and permitting through construction—both horizontal and vertical—across Northern Colorado and the Roaring Fork Valley. His work is defined not just by execution, but by trust and long-term partnership.
Prior to launching his own company, Erik served as Vice President of Industrial Development at OmniTRAX Inc., an affiliate of The Broe Group, where he led business development efforts and oversaw land and infrastructure initiatives. Earlier in his career, he managed development projects across Colorado with The Staenberg Group and played a key role in the rapid growth of Sunflower Farmers Market, helping scale the company from a small footprint to a multi-state presence. He also spent time managing high-end residential construction with Structural Associates, where he built lasting relationships with subcontractors and partners that continue today. Erik began his career with Hensel Phelps Construction Company as a Field Engineer.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University and is a licensed Colorado real estate broker.
Outside of work, Erik's greatest pride is his family—his wife and two daughters—who keep him grounded and inspired. He finds balance in the outdoors, whether fly fishing on a quiet river, camping in the mountains, or spending time working on cars. A strong believer in community, Erik is passionate about giving back and staying actively involved in the places he calls home.
